We collect this information solely to prepare, complete, and submit your visa application to the relevant authority, to communicate with you about its status, and to process payment for our services.
How your application information is used
Your information is used only for the purpose you provided it: preparing and submitting your specific application. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your application without asking you first.
Document handling
Uploaded documents are stored securely and accessed only by the team members handling your application. Documents are retained only as long as needed to complete your application and meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted or archived securely.
Data retention
We retain application records for as long as required to provide support, handle disputes or refund requests, and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
Third-party processors
We work with trusted third parties for payment processing, communication (email/SMS/WhatsApp), and document storage. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are bound to protect it.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by a licensed third-party payment gateway. Vauraa does not store your full card or bank details on its own systems.
Security measures
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted staff access to protect your information. No online system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard precautions.
Your rights
